Any attorney you are connected with through our service is an independent professional, and any attorney-client relationship is formed directly between you and that attorney.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when completing our case review quiz or any form
  • Not misrepresent your identity, case details, or any information requested
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services

5. Communications Consent

By optionally checking the SMS consent checkbox on our quiz, you agree to receive communications from Media Stock LLC and our licensed attorney partners, including by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), pre-recorded voice, autodialed calls, and AI-generated voice, at the phone number you provided. This consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving a free case review, using our services, or making any purchase. You may decline SMS consent and still complete the quiz. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any outcome for your legal case. Results vary based on individual circumstances. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Any case evaluation, settlement estimates, or compensation information mentioned on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of results.

7. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using this website or submitting a case review request does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Media Stock LLC, TopLegalMatch, or any attorney listed on or connected through our platform. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when you and an attorney enter into a written agreement.

8. Advertising Disclosure

This website may be considered attorney advertising in some jurisdictions. Prior to hiring an attorney, you should investigate their qualifications and experience. The information on this website is not intended to create, and receipt of it does not constitute, legal advice.
